Last week, we finished the production of a batch of PVC hose including PVC fibre hose and PVC suction hose. While today, we load and will deliver them to client. Both of these two hoses are made from high quality PVC material. Thus they are similar to each other in property and usage.
Flexibility
They are both flexible. The structural design enable them to be bent and coiled easily without breaking or kinking. This flexibility makes them convenient to install, store and use in various complex environments. No matter it is winding around obstacles in agricultural irrigation or in industrial pipeline layout.
Fluid conveying function
Both are ideal for fluid conveying. PVC suction hose is mainly to suck and transport liquids or gases. Such as water in irrigation and drainage. PVC fibre reinforced hose is also for the same purpose. The fibre reinforce in the hose mainly improves its pressure-bearing capacity. While this makes it ideal for applications where require higher pressure.
Weather resistance
They have certain weather resistance due to the properties of PVC. They can withstand exposure to sunlight, wind, and rain to a certain extent without being damaged quickly. This makes them suitable for outdoor use in agricultural and some industrial applications. For example, outdoor water supply pipelines in farms.
