Tube: Black and oil resistant synthetic nitrile rubber
Reinforcement: 4 layers (3/8-1″), 6 layers (1-1/4,1-1/2) steel wire spiral
Cover: Black and oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber
Surface: wrapped surface
Temperature: -40℃ to +100℃ (-40℉ to +212℉)
SAE 100 R15 Hose consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The tube absorbs black and oil resistant synthetic rubber. Thus it’s ideal for petroleum based hydraulic oils deliver. Reinforce absorbs multiple layers of high tensile and high strength thick spiraled steel wires. While it makes the hose can bear higher pressure. As for the cover, it absorbs high quality synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, aging and cut.
