EN856 4SH steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose can bear high pressure. So it is perfectly suitable for extremely high pressure conditions. Besides, it performs well in petroleum based hydraulic fluids at -40 °C to +100 °C.

Tube: Black and oil resistant nitrile rubber
Reinforcement: four layers of spiral steel wire
Cover: Black oil and weather resistant rubber
Surface: wrapped surface
Temperature: -40℃ to +100℃ (-40℉ to +212℉)
EN 856 4SH Hose consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The tube is made from black and oil resistant nitrile rubber. Thus the hose works well in oil transfer. The reinforce is four layers of high tensile and high strength spiraled steel wires, which is specially designed for rubber hose. Therefore, the hose is resistant to high pressure. The cover absorbs black, oil, corrosion, abrasion, weather and ozone resistant synthetic rubber. While the surface is cloth impression rubber.
