EN856 4SP steel wire spiraled hydraulic hose is suitable for mine hydraulic support and the related equipment. The hose is resistant to flame and static. It is similar to EN 856 4SH steel wire hose in structure. But it can bear higher pressure at the same temp.
EN 856 4SP Hose
Tube: Black and oil resistant nitrile rubber
Reinforcement: four layers of spiral steel wire
Cover: Black oil and weather resistant rubber
Surface: wrapped surface
Temperature: -40℃ to +100℃ (-40℉ to +212℉)
EN 856 4SP Hose consists of three parts: tube, reinforce and cover. The tube is black and oil resistant nitrile rubber. Thus the hose can bear most of the hydraulic fluids for long time. The reinforce is four layers of high tensile and high strength spiraled steel wire which is specially designed for rubber hose. Thus the hose can bear much higher pressure. While the cover is high quality rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, cut, weather, ozone, oil and aging. More important, the surface is cloth impression. Therefore, the hose has a longer service life.
Hydraulic Hose EN 865 4SP Application
Hydraulic hose DIN EN 856 4SP can be used for forklift, hydraulic engine, oilfield extraction machinery, mine/road/construction machinery, especially for some high pressure machine.
