This kind of hose can bear higher pressure than the common rubber hose. While the max working pressure can be 1230 PSI. Orientflex offers you the high quality hose with concrete pump hose fittings. The abrasion lose value is about 70mm³. But our hose can be 50-65mm³. Thus our hose performs much better in abrasion resistance.

Tube: Black, smooth, abrasion resistant NR/SBR
Reinforcement: Two layers of steel wires braid & four layers of steel cords
Cover: Black and smooth with cloth impression. NR/SBR cover resists abrasion, cutting, gouging and weather
Temperature: -40℃ to +70℃ (-40℉ to +158℉)
Concrete Hose Application:
Such rubber hose with special textile plies is used for concrete placement at casting locations and used as end hose in the concrete pump lines. The hose withstands suction under cleaning operations.
