  • Construction hose: Focused on supporting construction site operations, it is mainly used for transferring concrete, sand, gravel, mud, water, and other construction materials, as well as connecting hydraulic systems of construction machinery (such as excavators, loaders, and concrete pumps).
  • Heavy duty industrial hose: Wider in application, covering mining, metallurgy, port logistics, and heavy machinery industries, it is suitable for high-pressure oil transmission, bulk material suction/discharge (such as coal, ore), and high-temperature fluid transfer, requiring ultra-high durability and pressure resistance.

  • Inner tube: For concrete / sand transfer hoses, we use high-hardness natural rubber or polyurethane (PU) with ultra-low friction coefficient, which reduces material adhesion and wear—compared with ordinary rubber hoses, the wear resistance is increased by 30%.
  • Reinforcement layer: Uses high-tensile polyester or spiral steel wire, which can withstand working pressures up to 30MPa (4350 psi) and burst pressures up to 120MPa, avoiding hose rupture caused by high-pressure material impact.
  • Outer cover: Adopts weather-resistant, oil-resistant, and anti-aging synthetic rubber (EPDM or SBR), which can resist UV radiation, -40℃ low temperature to 120℃ high temperature, and chemical corrosion (such as alkaline concrete admixtures, mineral oil), ensuring long-term use in outdoor or harsh industrial environments.

  • Anti-collision & anti-puncture: For hoses used in mining or road construction, an additional 1.5mm thick wear-resistant rubber layer is added to the outer cover, which can resist puncture by stones, steel bars, or sharp construction waste.
  • Quick-connect compatibility: The hose ends are pre-processed with standard thread (BSP, NPT) or flange interfaces, which can be quickly connected to concrete pumps, excavator hydraulic ports, or material tanks, reducing installation time by 50% compared with ordinary hoses.

    3. Wear test: Simulate 10,000 times of dragging on concrete ground, the outer cover wear is less than 0.5mm.
