Recently, Orientflex successfully shipped multiple batches of hose orders after rigorous inspection and standardized packaging. These included plastic hoses, rubber hoses, high-pressure hoses, and other products, ensuring efficient fulfillment and ensuring customer production schedules.
Precise Delivery of Multiple Hose Categories
This shipment consisted of three consignments, covering hose products for different application scenarios:
- Cargo A: 138 plastic hoses, rubber hoses, high-pressure hoses, and automotive air conditioning hoses, weighing 9,482 kg and covering a volume of 37 cubic meters. High-pressure hoses work for industrial hydraulic systems. We designed automotive air conditioning hoses for on-board refrigeration systems. All products have undergone pressure and weathering tests to ensure compatibility with customer equipment.
- Cargo B: included 39 rubber hoses, weighing 644 kg and covering a volume of 2 cubic meters. These hoses feature a wear-resistant formula and are suitable for general fluid transport applications, meeting the connection and transmission needs of small and medium-sized equipment.
- Cargo C: 73 hydraulic hoses, weighing 3574 kg and measuring 6 cubic meters. Hydraulic hoses are core components of high-pressure transmission systems. This shipment includes these hoses. They use a multi-layer braided reinforcement process. And this process boosts pressure resistance. So they work well with high-pressure hydraulic equipment—like construction machinery and machine tools.
Full-chain control from inspection to shipment
To ensure quality, all products undergo three levels of control before shipment:
- Quality re-inspection: We sample and test key hose indicators — such as dimensional accuracy, pressure rating, and joint sealing — to prevent substandard products from being released;
- Standardized packaging: We use packaging methods like rust-proof film and pallet mounting based on product characteristics, preventing damage from compression and friction during transportation;
- Logistics adaptation: We coordinate appropriate vehicle models and plan loading plans based on the cargo’s weight and volume, maximizing space utilization and minimizing transportation costs.
