Boreline Hose
Boreline Hose is a one-piece extruded polyurethane water well hose designed for areas requiring rapid deep well drilling (20 meters and beyond). Compared to using plastic or steel pipes as well casing, this solution offers greater pressure resistance (compatible with heavier, higher-pressure deep well pumps), excellent corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, scale resistance, and simple installation.
Boreline Hose Structure
Inner Layer: Ultra-wear & Hydrolysis-Resistant TPU
Reinforcement: High-Strength Polyester Filament or Aramid Fiber
Outer Cover: Ultra-wear & Hydrolysis-Resistant TPU
Temperature: 0℃ to +50°C
Boreline Hose Performance
- Corrosion-resistant with a longer service life—theoretical lifespan exceeds 40 years at 0–50°C.
- Scale-resistant inner wall requires no maintenance.
- Single continuous length (up to 300 meters or longer) with no joints for easy handling and deployment.
- Simplifies deep well pump maintenance—pumps can be easily pulled out, serviced, and quickly reinstalled.
- 100% lead-free and compliant with NSF/ANSI 61 drinking water standards.
- Extremely easy to install.
- Flattened hose can be coiled and folded for convenient transport.
