Hydraulic Hose Assembly

Our SAE standard hydraulic hoses are designed for use with petroleum-based and water-based hydraulic oils. Our Finished Assemblies are lengths of hydraulic hose with crimp fittings pre-attached. Customize the type of hose, length, and fitting to create the perfect assembly for your project.

Pressure Washer Hose Assemblies

The hoses have single-braid steel wire reinforcement that provides strength. They are designed for use on pressure washer machines with a maximum working pressure of 3000 psi. The hoses have a nitrile tube that resists oils, solvents, and aromatics.

Air Hose Assembly

Petroleum Hose Assemblies

Couplings and fittings intended for petroleum hoses should be mounted with worm- drive clamps, bands and bolt clamps or crimped with ferrules using crimping machines.

Petroleum Dispenser Hoses are designed to dispense and transfer gasoline and other petroleum-based fuels.

Composite Hose Assemblies

OrientFLex’s composite hose assemblies are manufactured from advanced composite materials in accordance with the strictest safety guidelines and quality standards. They provide optimum performance during critical and hazardous fuelling operations, chemical transfers and loading of liquids.

Composite hoses are completely customisable, with lengths available up to 40m and internal sizes from 25mm to 250mm. A whole range of end connections are available including camlock couplings, valves and pressure fittings, fitted to the hose using OrientFLex’s advanced production methods.

Food Grade Hose Assembly

All food hoses from OrientFlex meet these requirements, are tested, and then certified. By means of what is referred to a migration testing, we are able to demonstrate that a hose meets the requirements laid down.
