Tube: Black, smooth, SBR or NR with good abrasion and laceration resistance
Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic cord threads, spiral wires and steel rings. It is resistant to sea water, weather, trace of oil and abrasion.
Cover: Black, corrugated synthetic rubber. It has excellent performance to resist sea water, weather, traces of oils and abrasion
Temperature: -25℃ to +80℃ (-13℉ to +176℉)
Application: Suction Dredge Hose is for slit conveyance dredging operations. Flexible corrugated hose serves as a mobile connection among the suction ducts on dredgers (sleeves). It is built with steel rings and ideal for the suction of water, mud and dredging debris.

Suction Dredging Hose is mainly used for sewage, slurry, seawater and sand suction & discharge in many places.

It is also suitable for flood discharge, port and dock construction. It has excellent flexibility and it is resistant to wave.

Dredging hose consists of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.

Tube is high quality synthetic rubber, such as NR, SBR and BR, making hose resistant to abrasion and seawater.

Reinforcement is multiple layers of high tensile spiral steel wires, making the hose have solid structure and bear high working pressure. Besides, the reinforcement makes hose resistant to bending and fatigue.

Cover is synthetic rubber, like NR, SBR and BR, making hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, seawater, heat, weather, ozone and aging. The hose can be connected to pipeline very well, which can reduce the sea wave, so it can deliver medium flows smoothly.
