SAE 100 R7/ EN855 R7 hydraulic hoses are appropriate for the medium-duty pressure hydraulic applications such as lifting equipment or medium pressure pneumatic systems. SAE 100 R7/EN855 R7 hydraulic hoses adopt seamless thermoplastic Poly-amide (PA) inner tube which is oil resistant, with the braided fibre or braided steel wire reinforcement. The outer cover is made of polyurethane (PU). The PU outer cover provides a shinny visual appearance to the SAE 100 R7 hydraulic hoses, meanwhile PU has excellent performance on wear resistance, ozone resistance, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance.
We are able to manufacture three types of SAE 100 R7/ EN855 R7 hydraulic hoses. The first type is one or two fibre braided reinforcement. The metric size is from 5 mm to 25 mm, and allowed max working pressure is from 1015 PSI to 3045 PSI (with one layer braided fibre reinforcement), and is from 1520 PSI to 3620 PSI (with two layers braided fibre reinforcement). The second type is reinforced by braided steel wire. The metric size is from 6.3 mm to 25 mm, and allowed max working pressure is from 1450 PSI to 3990 PSI (with one layer braided steel wire reinforcement), and is from 1740 PSI to 5070 PSI (with two layers braided steel wire reinforcement). The third type is fibre braided or steel wire braided SAE 100 R7 twin line hydraulic hose.
